Bharti Airtel earlier last month upgraded its Rs 98 Data Pack to offer upgraded data benefits by 100% in a response to Reliance Jio’s move to offer upgraded data on its data add ons. Airtel later made the validity of its data pack coterminous with that of the base plan validity.
Airtel has for long offered 50% cashback upto Rs 40 cashback on Rs 249, Rs 279, Rs 598 and Rs 698 prepaid plans, and Rs 20 cashback on Rs 149, Rs 179, Rs 199, and Rs 219 prepaid plans on recharging through Airtel Money.
Airtel is now allowing a Rs 10 cashback on its Rs 98 data pack if the customer recharges through Airtel Payments Bank. In short, you get the data pack at an effective price of Rs 88.
The banner is currently visible to select Airtel customers within the Airtel Thanks app. The said offer is however only valid till 30th June 2020.
Here’s how to get the Rs 10 assured cashback
- Open the Airtel Thanks App
- Click on ‘Recharge Now’
- Select the Rs 98 Data Pack and Click on ‘Recharge Now’ button
- In the Payment Checkout Options, Select ‘Airtel Payments’ and enter your ‘mPIN’
- Next tap on the Blue tick button which will process the payment. A payment successful page with transaction details will show on the screen.
