So I tried to raise a complaint about this. At first senior executive is arrogant. He won't raise a complaint as my city is under water. Yeah, right. Apparently there are 100 towers under water. We haven't recieved serious rains since mid July. Only river is overflowing. I think there main towers were located in the river banks like all telecom operators does. It drowned. When I showed him dissatisfaction. Asked contact details of nodal officer. He's unable to provide. Instead he gave me email id of mail support. I even explained about TRAI's rules of raising a ticket on facing inconvenience. He won't even listen about it.

Edit - I also taught him how to count. I told him I am facing issues since last 10 days. He's like no we are having issues since July 17th. :wall:
PS I live in a area with 0% chance of flood.

No, that's not the issue. The issue is with the duration of the ring before the other party picks up the call. It only rings a few times and gets disconnected. All this happens before the actual conversation takes place.
Video calls doesn't work me. I am facing constant call drops on Jio.

While calling someone from Jio it gets disconnected after a few rings. Same case while incoming. This issue is increasing day by day. Do anybody face this?

Yes i face n yes its increasing day by day :wall:

Actual fact is Jio is facing bottleneck in voice capacity so inorder to offload they implemented this strategy. Less call ringing time means less time spent on voice network. Imagine crores of people staying on voice network same time. Infact they should have upgraded voice network capacity but implemented this technique.
