JioFiber: Frequent disconnection

jio fiber's backend support is useless ... try with another new jio fiber connection from another fat box or move to airtel if available ...
 
I having the same issue... Every day exactly around the same time, around 1 PM IST, All my devices stop working, and my mobile won't even connect to the Wifi. The router will show the green light only. After a few mins, it will be back to normal and all devices will work normally. Within a few mins again, the same repeats.

I raised a request yesterday and they replaced the Router today but it repeated just after they left. So I guess it is the same issue you faced. It is annoying as I get dropped in the middle of calls.
 
Same issue since 5 days they changed the router nothing helped out
Even ther are not able to understand what’s hpng
 
yes sir , exact same issue i am facing. Green light at router status but all devices are getting disconnected. after manual restart on router fixes. Daily 4-5 times restarting, as i do wfh. Bloody wt* situation.

I'm very very disappointed with your jio service.
From morning raised my complaint and till now no one has come .

Is this the way you handle customer queries??

If you are not responding at all, I will take this as a serious issue and you will have to face the consequences.

What nonsense is this!

Are you running customer service or something else??
Are you playing with the customer every time??

I'm facing the same issue.
I'm fed up of this problem.
Now also my fiber is disconnected.
These guys are playing the fool with me and keep on rescheduling my appointment.
