I have disconnected Jio AirFiber today

I have raised a request for disconnection of my jio airfiber.Already 4 days had gone but still now it is showing underprocess.Actually I want to know how many days it will take to cancel.

You should be able to check the current status of the cancellation request on MyJio app like I said previously. 👇

Once the cancellation process has been initiated, you can track the cancellation on the MyJio app.

For Jio Airfiber, they take up to 7 working days. They disconnect the service after 2-3 days but delay the engineer’s visit to pick up the devices.

When I requested the Airfiber disconnection, they disconnected the service the next day, but the engineer did not visit to pick up the devices. The engineer visited after 14-15 days.
 
My billing date is 21st, if I place cancellation request before 21st will they bill for next month or not? Or date is calculated after it is disconnected and device is picked up?
 
Date is calculated based on disconnection date. When your connection stoped working. Device pickup doesn’t matter.
Jio app are you able to see he Jio airfiber details ?
