Hey Guys what is the process for jio airfibre cancellation? I called this number but there is no option in the IVR, even to contact with a real executive

First call 198 no from your registered jio number there all option will come through ivr

Let me try...meanwhile my billing date is 21st nov, if I place disconnection request now will I be charged anything for next month? If yes full month or pro rata basis
