BSNL revises automatic validity extension in grace period post withdrawal of PV-75

State owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised automatic validity extension in grace period effective 23rd July post the withdrawal of ‘per minute plan PV-75’ and introduction of ‘advanced per minute plan PV-94’.

BSNL will deduct will Rs 2 from main balance on the first of grace period-1 for active plans and revert the connection in active state for 3 days in the same active plan without any freebies.

For closed plans, BSNL will deduct the plan voucher amount if the customer is having balance more than plan voucher amount of ‘Advanced per minute’ plan. The customer will be reverted back to active state in ‘Advanced per minute’ plan post deduction.

Incase the customer has a balance of Rs 2 or more but less than plan voucher amount of ‘Advanced per minute’ plan, then the validity will be extended for 3 days in ‘Advanced per minute’ plan without freebies after deducting Rs 2.
