BSNL Chennai revises ISD tariff for France; relaunches Vasantham Gold Plan

State-owned BSNL Chennai has revised the ISD tariff for France under the GSM postpaid mobile services. The telecom operator has also relaunched the plan voucher Vasantham Gold PV-96 for its prepaid subscribers.  

BSNL Chennai has revised the ISD tariff rates for France with effect from January 1, 2020, in Chennai Telecom District (CHTD), including the Tamil Nadu circle. 

Under BSNL postpaid and prepaid mobile service, FRA-GRP 108 (country code 33) costs Rs. 15 per minute for area code 80 to 86, 880 to 884, and 890 to 899. France (country code 33) costs Rs. 15 per minute for all other area codes. 

For MTNL prepaid mobile service, FRA-GRP 108 (country code 33) costs Rs. 15 per minute for area code 80 to 86, 880 to 884, and 890 to 899. France (country code 33) costs Rs. 35 per minute for all other area codes. 

Relaunch of Plan Voucher Vasantham Gold PV-96

BSNL Chennai has relaunched the plan Vasantham Gold with effect from January 3, 2020. The plan is available on a promotional basis in the Chennai circle, including Tamil Nadu. 

Plan Vasantham Gold PV-96 offers unlimited voice calls to any network in the home licensed service area and national roaming, excluding Mumbai and Delhi. The unlimited voice calls come with a FUP of 250 minutes per day, post-consumption base tariff plan will be charged till midnight. The plan also includes 100 SMS per day to any network. 

The plan comes with a validity of 90 days. However, the freebies are valid for only 21 days. The price of the plan is Rs. 96. 

The plan is applicable for a new connection, migration, and validity extensions with freebies. Migration to and from this plan is allowed, and no blackout days are applicable. To continue this plan, BSNL subscribers need to send SMS as PLAN CONTINUE to 123. 

Recently, BSNL has withdrawn PV-136 Freedom Plan and also announced no blackout days for the year 2020.
