Vi ties up with MFine to facilitate easy, app-based medical consultation for its users

As part of the partnership, Vi customers will be able to select a doctor from a reputed and trusted hospital with whom they wish to consult.

Vi (formerly Vodafone Idea) today announced the forging of a strategic partnership with AI-powered healthcare platform MFine that connects patients with doctors from trusted hospital chains on instant chat and video consultation. As part of the partnership, Vi customers will be able to select a doctor from a reputed and trusted hospital with whom they wish to consult.

One can directly chat or video consult with the doctors to get prescriptions and or/routine care with the MFine app allowing patients to upload images, past medical records, and prescriptions. The app is said to have more than 4000 doctors including some of India’s top doctors from over 600 reputed hospitals practice across 35 specialties on MFine.

To access the service, you need to open up the Vi app, click on the ‘unlock a better tomorrow with Vi’ section. Next, you need to click on the health and wellness section and locate the MFine card and press the view details button. Vi is offering a 1-month free MFine Care membership which will be available till 31st January 2021. You can apply the code received from the Vi app while signing up on the MFine app to get the first month free.
