Tejas Network is planning to partner with some of the system integrators bidding for the BSNL 4G project with its LTE product that it has been developing for some time, the company said a fortnight ago during the Q2 FY 21 conference call.
Tejas Networks in its concall stated that it was the L1 in the tender for BharatNet GPON expansion tender which it will be looking to close in the quarter. It further stated that the 4G project of BSNL is also there as it was planning for a nationwide 4G network.
The two tenders will leave scope for two equipment to be procured with one of them being a wireless base station which is also known as LTE Base station for which a lot of global systems integrators are planning to participate.
