Samsung last week has silently launched Galaxy J2 Core 2020 in India. The smartphone will compete at the entry-level segment in the smartphone market at a price of Rs 6299. The phone is available in Gold, Black, and Blue variants. Galaxy J2 Core 2020 is already live on Samsung India’s website and can be ordered by customers.

The new smartphone comes with Android Oreo (Go edition) that will deliver a great performance. It has a 1.4Ghz quad-core processor with a 1 GB RAM packed inside. The ROM size is 16GB with 11.7GB available memory for usage. The memory can be expanded up to 256GB through a MicroSD card.

Samsung states that the apps will open 15% faster with Android Oreo Go Edition. There is a smart manager that will help you install applications or move content to memory card. You can also directly download apps and content directly to your memory card.

It comes with a soft home button on a vibrant display to give you a seamless experience.

On the display part, it has a 5-inch display with 540*960 qHD resolution and PLS TFT LCD technology on the main display. On the camera part, it has an 8 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera both with an F2.2 F-number. The rear camera supports flash and autofocus with 1920*1080 FHD video recording resolution at 30fps.

The smartphone supports dual sim micro-sim with one slot for the SD card. It supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. The Bluetooth version is v4.2 while the USB version supported is 2.0. It has a 2600 mAh removable battery. Samsung claims it can support 12 hours of playback, 22 hours of Talktime on 4G, 91 hours of audio playback, 15 hours of WiFi usage on Internet, and 14 hours of Internet usage on LTE.
