Samsung has launched a new fitness tracker called Galaxy Fit2 in India on Saturday. Announced a month earlier in Samsung’s Life Unstoppable virtual event, the smart band comes with a slim, lightweight design, advanced tracking features and long-lasting battery.

The South Korean tech giant has priced this fitness tracker at Rs 3,999 in India. It comes in Black and Scarlet colours and is available for purchase through Samsung’s official website, Amazon.in, and select offline retails stores across the country.

The Galaxy Fit2 features a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with 450 nits brightness, 294×196 pixels resolution, 3D curved glass, multifunction and touch button.

The display has a colour depth of 16M pixels. Weighing 21 grams, the smart band packs a 159mAh battery that can provide up to 15 days of battery backup and is equipped with sensors like Photoplethysmography, Accelerometer and Gyro.

Galaxy Fit2 has 70 different watch faces, 90 workout modes, music controller, sleep & stress tracking, hand-wash reminder. It got an IP68 rating for dust & water resistance and has an indented strap that keeps the sweat from collecting.
