How our beloved music streaming companies are exploiting small time artist. Big artist should hold these companies hostage and pull out their music until they fairly compensates them.
There was a 400 coins offer on Times Prime Annual which offered 6 months of Sony Liv and 12 months of Zee5 unt yesterday. I already had Times Prime Lite and Zee5. So, I decided not to opted for it.

Just realized a key shortcoming of streaming services after creating the thread "Content unavailable on OTT".
When you search for something in FireTV or Google TV, it is not able to tell which streaming service it's available on.
For example, when you search "LAXMII", neither of these devices is telling me it is available on Hotstar. I have to search within hotstar to find it. Or maybe use an external search app like JustWatch.
It would have been great if the contents could be found from the main search bar in FireTV or Google TV.
Currently, no streamer in India has linked their content databases to smartTV operating systems. In USA, most streamers have linked their databases to OS.
For example, I search for Jason Statham movie "WAR" in Google TV. It shows me movie page with "2 ways to watch"
When I click on "2 ways to watch" it shows me apps it is available on"
@Itsme... Since this is the appropriate place for OTT related discussions. I am continuing the discussion here. I don't think Sony has any intention of launching Sports specific plans for Sony Liv. If they had to do they would have done it now during Euro 2020 and Olympics. ₹999 itself is the Sports plan as no other plan carrying sports along with Originals. Other plans are specific to WWE audience and TV viewers. I don't think they would be creating a plan specifically for Originals although this sounds excellent to me.
