i have paid ₹1111 for jio airfibre by online method but know my order is on hold.
any help regarding this ?
 
I joined a FB group of Jio AirFiber users, and got scared with the feedback on Support experience, Refund experience, Installation experience, etc. I dropped my plan, whatever they even give it for free :D

Not sure how to deal with these installation holds.

Nothing can do with this whenever they want to install they only do the changes and install

Send dm jio team through twitter & send email send email to appellate officer & add cc to customer care along with your order no

Then contact 18008969999 for two days, they install very soon, for my sister home after 15 days they installed

Story: I’m currently using a Jio AirFiber Plus connection with a 100 Mbps plan. However, I face frequent disconnections every 2–3 hours—the router light turns red and comes back to green after ~30 minutes. Despite multiple complaints and even replacement of both indoor and outdoor units by Jio, the issue persists due to a tower-related problem.

I’m planning to switch to Airtel AirFiber since fiber isn’t available in my area.

I’m planning to switch to Airtel AirFiber since fiber isn’t available in my area.
Better raise disconnection request via email and also via helpline. That way, if they threaten to pay the outstanding amount instead of disconnecting, u can drag them to court
