I joined a FB group of Jio AirFiber users, and got scared with the feedback on Support experience, Refund experience, Installation experience, etc. I dropped my plan, whatever they even give it for free

Not sure how to deal with these installation holds.

Nothing can do with this whenever they want to install they only do the changes and install

Then contact 18008969999 for two days, they install very soon, for my sister home after 15 days they installed

Story: I’m currently using a Jio AirFiber Plus connection with a 100 Mbps plan. However, I face frequent disconnections every 2–3 hours—the router light turns red and comes back to green after ~30 minutes. Despite multiple complaints and even replacement of both indoor and outdoor units by Jio, the issue persists due to a tower-related problem.

I’m planning to switch to Airtel AirFiber since fiber isn’t available in my area.

I’m planning to switch to Airtel AirFiber since fiber isn’t available in my area.

Better raise disconnection request via email and also via helpline. That way, if they threaten to pay the outstanding amount instead of disconnecting, u can drag them to court

Did anyone noticed that jio airfiber plus does not show 599 recharge plan in monthly recharge section. I think they have withdrawn this plan . They only have 888 plan with 30 mbps

Does Jio Provides Any pvc pipe or pvc material to protect Lan cat 5e cable for wire protection in outdoors?
Today engineer visited home for SR I told to engineer that to provide pvc pipe for safety purpose of cat 5e cable, because each time squirrels cuts wire and from that cuted part water comes in to POE and internet stops to work,So always same issue happens , But engineer told that company does not provides any pvc pipe or flexible pipe you have to bring pipe at your own cost I also called area manager he also told same that pvc material is not available. So Tomorrow I will buy pvc pipe and fix it
