This is actually a judgement on the bad case which prev govt made. The current govt failed to get proper facts and witnesses in this case. The problem is both a bad case and a weak prosecution. Shame on this politics. Politicians get free pass to corruption and protection. Utter shame.

Supreme court should also restored all 122 license it cancelled in 2012 if there is no irregularity, Those 122 license holder got loan from bank then buy equipment and then suddenly all their license cancelled by Supreme court as a result banks lost all money, now where do banks get money ? It's our money, so ultimate loser is we Indians

1. Dec 2008 India entered the 3G arena.
2. Apr 2010 auction of 3G wireless spectrum was announced.
3. By 2010 itself 2G was outdated by 3G.

Will the 122 licenses do any good today for those who wanted back then?
