Yes if they go to court with details of this judgement mostly all the licenses might be restored since this is the supreme judgement at present.

But there is a problem, on its judgement Supreme court says national assets like spectrum/coal etc cannot be given away on first come first serve basis(what UPA did), it needs to be auctioned ? What about that judgement ?

But the model of First come First serve basis is introduced by NDA under former PM ABVajpayee that's the defence presented in this case for this argument.

This is directly monitored by SC & investigated thoroughly hence chances are less for reversal and this is not a ordinary court's verdict.

Sorry, you are misguiding people. CBI court has given this judgement & can be appealed. (Even if SC monitored.)

But what I am saying is when it goes for appeal this will not go as a Normal lower courts Judgement,this is a CBI Special Court Judgement and most importantly it is monitored by SC.So reversal of Judgement chances is very less when compared to other Lower Court Judgements.
