And can a Trial Court go against SC Order ??? The order also blames then PMO ???

Well recent court ruling says that there is no conflict of interest aka scam so now those companies have legal ground to ask for compensation for their loss and Govt is bound to pay them

I have seen this in many Bollywood flim, now sure it is true in reality or not, it says, "You are innocent in the eyes of law until proven guilty", which I think says no scam at all if all accused are set to free by court
