Will the 122 licenses do any good today for those who wanted back then?

Why not ? Banks were the owner of those license till those companies pay the loan amount, So banks could sell those spectrum and recover their loan and new companies can use those spectrum under unified license to use as 4G+ technology

How the company's submitted their quotation within a hour after the minister announcement ??

And the appropriate banks clarified the company didn't take DD on that particular day

Clearly its conflict of interest & secrecy breach from the minister

Special Judge O.P. Saini said: "I have no hesitation in holding that the the prosecution has failed to prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt. So all are acquitted."
