Allahabad/New Delhi: The Allahabad High Court on Thursday set aside the CBI court's order and ruled that dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar from Delhi are not guilty of murder of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj in 2008.
Allowing appeal by Talwars, Allahabad HC was of the view that as per circumstances and evidence on record, they cannot be held guilty.
