I think Live TV was not offered by Airtel xstream bcoz it has DTH business

Airtel is offering LiveTV through their DTH service only as mentioned above in official Twitter pic not by IPTV. As of now they clubbed Fiber + OTT services under same plan. In future they may include DTH also in the same plan by offering NCF Discounts.

But the problem of airtel is they dont provide services outside big cities. They hardly provide services to max 10-15 cities.

Does the apps of xstream STB works if DTH account is suspended?
If no, then customers will be forced to take airtel's DTH connection OR keep it active to enjoy OTT contents.
OR, is DTH subscription also included in it like airtel one plan?

But live TV mostly available in OTTs like in Hotstar VIP, Zee5.

Yes. you need to call the customer care and ask them to downgrade the plan.. they will do it..

No. Only CC having option to downgrade tariff.

Till now I did plan change multiple times on app. Upgrade as well as downgrade multiple times from app.
