If these plans are final then quite disappointing as compared to Jio Fiber as some OTT apps missing like Sony Liv, netflix etc.

These plans are seeming more tempting, Jio doesn't have any ott apps on two lower end plans, while Airtel has 7 OTT apps included in that, need to wait for the name of those apps, but I guess Sony Liv, Alt Balaji would be there

Its not 7 OTT apps. Clearly mentioned the content of 7 OTT apps in airtel xstream app

Airtel targeted subscribers who take low cost plans i,e Rs.499 & 799

Airtel included 4K STB & OTT Contents while Jio doesn't offer neither on low cost Plans.

Now, coming to OTT Contents just like Jio TV+ Airtel Xstream App integrates various apps content.

2. Voot (only Free content)
3. ErosNow
4. ShamerooMe
5. Hungama play
6. Hoichai
7. Ultra
8. Sillimonks
9. Youtube (only Free Movies)

These are contents offered on Xstream App. While Rs.999 & above plans offers additionly Hotstar VIP, Prime Video,Zee5

Airtel also included 550Live TV channels (it means DTH not IPTV) We have to wait and see if they offer discounts on DTH service.

Last and important thing STB provided by Airtel comes with latest Android 9.0 & Google Play Store.
While Jio STB runs on Custom ASOP 7.0 & without Google Playstore and therefore Sideload of apps not possible.

I think Live TV was not offered by Airtel xstream bcoz it has DTH business
