State-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) earlier today announced the rationalization of ‘Top-Up’ denominations and Full Talk Time (FTT) offer under GSM prepaid mobiles services effective tomorrow. The operator is withdrawing 13 existing top-up denominations, and introducing two new top-up denominations from 1st Janaury, 2021.
According to a BSNL Chennai circular, the company will only offer 24 top-up denominations from 1st January 2021 while the Full Talk Time (FTT) offer will be available on only select top-up denominations in the month of January 2021.
Withdrawal of Top-up denominations
BSNL will be withdrawing MRPs 160, 190, 250, 350, 400, 430, 440, 450, 600, 840, 1500, 2500, and 5000. The aforesaid top-up denominations will not be available effective tomorrow.

New Top-up denominations
BSNL meanwhile will be introducing two new top-up denominations effective tomorrow. MRP 5000 will offer Rs 4234.29 talk value after deducting GST and processing fee while MRP 6000 will offer Rs 5081.75 talk value after deducting GST and processing fee.
