BSNL launches new PV-49 plan for prepaid users

State-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a prepaid voucher for its customers in Madhya Pradesh circle. BSNL has introduced PV-49 on 20th August in the circle for its prepaid users.

The prepaid voucher offers free unlimited local and national calling with up to 250 minutes per day for 9 days. On the data benefits front, it offers 1GB of high-speed data for 15 days. The prepaid plan extends the validity by up to 180 days.

Post 9 days BSNL will charge local and national calls at Rs 40 paise per minute with users required to recharge with a new data plan after exhausting 1GB high-speed data or after 15 days from the date of recharge.

BSNL’s validity extension plans earlier started at Rs 74 in Madhya Pradesh making the new prepaid plan an attractive option. Rs 74 prepaid plan offered 2GB high-speed data for 15 days along with 100 minutes of free local and national calls. The prepaid plan extended validity by around 180 days.
