State-run telecommunications service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched its prepaid roaming service in the network of Vodafone Iceland, MTN Afghanistan and Bouygues France on Tuesday, 4th February 2020 for Karnataka circle.
Roaming Tariff in Network of Vodafone – Iceland
International roaming customers from BSNL Karnataka circle will be charged at Rs 35 per minute for local/national Mobile Originated (MO) calls, Rs 94.59 per minute for MO calls to India and Rs 20.81 for MO SMS. Mobile Terminated (MT) calls, on the other hand, will cost Rs 74.75 per minute while MT SMS would be free of cost. Internet is not available in the pack.
Roaming Tariff in Network of MTN – Afganistan
In the network of MTN – Afganistan local and national Mobile Originated (MO) calls will be chargeable at Rs 47.44 per minute, MO calls to India will cost Rs 113.86 per minute and Rs 37.95 shall be paid for MO SMS. For Mobile Terminated (MT) calls you have to pay Rs 58.35 per minute while MT SMS would be free of cost. Internet is available here at a hefty price of Rs 680.13 per 10 KB.
Roaming Tariff in Network of Bouygues – France
Users in France on Bouygues network can make local and national Mobile Originated (MO) calls at Rs 11.03 per minute, MO calls to India at Rs 44.14 per minute and MO SMS for Rs 6.62. Mobile Terminated (MT) calls will be charged at Rs 12.60 per minute and the internet would cost Rs 0.011 per 10 KB. Mobile terminated SMS is free of charge in this network.
