Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme, on Monday, launched Realme Smart TV and Realme Smart Watch in India.
Realme Smart TV specification, price, and availability
Realme TV is powered by MediaTek MSD6683 chipset paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The TV comes in two display sizes; 32-inch with HD (1366 x 768) resolution and 43-inch with Full-HD (1920 x 1080) resolution with a 178-degree viewing angle. Both variants offer peak brightness up to 400 nits and support HDR10. Under the hood, the TV has 24W Quad Stereo speakers that include two full-range speakers and two tweeters. The speakers support Dolby audio.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, SPDIF, AV port, Ethernet, 3.5mm audio jack, three HDMI ports, and two USB ports. The TV runs Android TV OS and supports Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube out of the Box. Users can also install apps from the Google Play store. The Realme TV has built-in Chromecast, and the remote comes with a dedicated Google Assistant button that lets users control the TV with voice.
The Realme Smart TV 32-inch variant is priced at Rs. 12,999 and the 43-inch variant is priced at Rs. 21,999. Both smart TVs will be available to purchase from Flipkart and Realme website on June 2nd at noon. Customers purchasing the Smart TV will get six months free trial of Youtube Premium, and there is also 5 percent cashback on making the transaction with Flipkart Axis Bank credit card.
Realme Watch specification, price, and availability
The Realme Watch sports a 1.4-inch 320 x 320 pixels touch display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartwatch comes with a 3-axis accelerometer and a PPG sensor and supports 20mm removable straps. The smartwatch is IP68 certified for dust and water resistance. The Watch supports Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting the smartwatch with Android 5.0 devices and above using the Realme link app.
Realme Watch comes with a 160 mAh battery, Realme claims that it offers up to 7-day battery life with heart rate monitor enabled, up to 9-day battery life with the heart rate monitor disabled, and up to 20-day battery life with power-saving mode enabled. The Watch features real-time heart rate monitoring using PPG sensor, blood oxygen measurement, automated heart rate measurement, heart rate alert, and sleep detection.
The Realme Watch is priced at Rs. 3,999 and will be available to purchase from Flipkart and Realme website on June 5th at noon. Customers making the transaction through Flipkart Axis Bank credit card will get 5 percent cash back.
