OnePlus Nord Watch with 1.78-inch AMOLED display, up to 10 days battery life launched in India

OnePlus launched the Nord Watch in India on Monday. The smartwatch features a 1.78-inch AMOLED display, over 100 watch faces, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, nonlinear vibration motor, heart rate monitoring, SpO2 (blood oxygen) monitoring, more than 105 workout modes, and offers up to 10 days of battery life with typical usage. The watch case is made of zinc alloy, while the strap is made of silicon with stainless steel buckle. It is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance.

OnePlus Nord Watch specifications

The OnePlus Nord Watch features a 1.78-inch HD (368 x 448 pixels) AMOLED display with 326PPI, a 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 500nits of peak brightness. It comes with over 100 watch faces that are available for download using the N Health app. The watch can store up to five watch faces at a time.

OnePlus Nord Watch is powered by an SF32LB555V406 chipset and runs on RTOS. It supports Bluetooth 5.2 technology for connectivity and is compatible with Android 6.0 or later and iOS 11 or later devices. It packs a 230mAh battery that is said to deliver up to 10 days of battery life for typical usage and up to 30 days of standby time. Further, it comes with a magnetic charging cable.

Sensors include a 3-axis accelerometer, GPS, heart rate monitoring, and SpO2 (blood oxygen) sensor. The watch supports over 105 workout modes, including running, cycling, walking, and yoga. Lastly, it measures 45.2 × 37.2 ×10.4 mm and weighs 52.4 grams with the strap.

Pricing and availability

The OnePlus Nord watch is priced at Rs. 4,999 and comes in Deep Blue and Midnight Black color options. It is available to purchase via the OnePlus India e-store, OnePlus Experience stores, and authorized OnePlus partner stores in India. According to the company, the smartwatch will go on sale via the Amazon India e-store starting October 4, 2022, at noon.

Customers purchasing the smartwatch using Axis debit or credit card will receive Rs. 500 instant discounts. However, the discount applies if the customer buys from the OnePlus official channels, including the OnePlus e-store, OnePlus Store App, and select OnePlus Experience Stores. ICICI Bank card users can also avail Rs. 500 instant discounts on purchasing the smartwatch via the Amazon India e-store.
