MTNL Mumbai customers can now register online for NACH mandate for auto-payment of bills

State-owned Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited’s (MTNL) Mumbai unit is now allowing its customers to register online for NACH mandate for auto-payment of MTNL bills. The facility has been recently rolled out with notifications on MTNL Mumbai’s website promoting the same.

MTNL Mumbai customers can visit the microsite for eNACH registration on MTNL’s website for registering online. One simply needs to enter Sponsor Bank Code, Customer Name, Bank Account Number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code.

“Online registration of NACH mandate for auto payment of MTNL bills is available now,” said MTNL Mumbai on its website.

MTNL Mumbai is also now allowing Group Bill Payments done through RTGS/NEFT to be updated online. One simply needs to visit the microsite for Group Bill Payment on MTNL’s website and enter Group Code and Telephone Number.

“Now, Group Bill Payments done through RGTS/NEFT can be updated ONLINE,” said MTNL Mumbai on its website.
