Moto E7 Power with 6.5-inch HD+ display, dual-rear cameras, 5000mAh battery launched in India

Motorola, on Friday, has launched the Moto E7 Power smartphone in India. The phone runs on a near-stock version of Android 10 OS out of the box. Moto E7 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display, dual-rear camera setup, and a 5000mAh battery that is said to deliver up to two days of battery life on a single charge.

Moto E7 Power specifications

The Moto E7 Power features a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) IPS display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by an octa-core (4 x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53) MediaTek Helio G25 (12 nm) chipset paired with up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also supports a microSD card (up to 1TB) for expandable storage but uses a shared SIM slot.

In terms of optics, Moto E7 Power comes with a dual-rear camera setup of 13 MP f/2.0 primary sensor and a 2 MP f/2.4 macro camera. For making video calls and taking selfies, it has a 5 MP f/2.2 camera on the waterdrop-style display notch. The phone is fueled by a non-removable 5000mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging technology.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS/ GLONASS/ GALILEO, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and USB on-the-go. Sensors include ambient light, an accelerometer, a proximity sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. Lastly, the phone measures 165.1 x 75.9 x 9.2 mm and weighs 200 grams.

Pricing and availability

The base variant of Moto E7 Power with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage is priced at Rs. 7,499 while the top variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at Rs. 8,299. The phone comes in Tahiti Blue and Coral Red color options and will be available to purchase via Flipkart and leading retail stores in India starting February 26, noon.
