Moto E32s with 90Hz display, MediaTek Helio G37, triple rear cameras launched in India

Motorola has launched the Moto E32s smartphone in India on Thursday. The phone features an IP52 water repellant design, 6.5-inch 90Hz display, triple rear cameras, MediaTek Helio G37 SoC, and runs Android 12 OS out of the box. Last month, the Moto E32s was unveiled in Europe at a starting price of EUR 149.99 (around Rs. 12,400).

Moto E32s specifications

Moto E32s features a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) IPS display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 (12 nm) chipset paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 64GB of internal storage. It also supports a microSD card of up to 1TB for expandable storage via a dedicated slot.

In terms of optics, the Moto E32s is equipped with a triple rear camera setup of a 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For taking selfies and making video calls, the phone has an 8-megapixel camera on the front.

Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, GPS/ A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port. Sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The phone comes with a 5000mAh non-removable battery that supports 15W fast charging technology (10W charger included).

Lastly, the phone measures 163.95 x 74.94 x 8.94 mm and weighs 185 grams.

Pricing and availability

Moto E32s 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 9,299, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model costs Rs. 9,999. The phone will be available to purchase from Reliance Digital, Jio Mart, Flipkart, and Jio Mart Digital starting June 6, 2022, 12 PM, at an introductory price of Rs. 8,999 for the base variant. Moto E32s come in Slate Grey and Misty Silver color options.
