Jio leads with 22.1 Mbps download speed among TSPs in June 2022: TRAI MySpeed

Jio continues to lead in terms of download speed while Vi India retains lead in upload speed during June 2022 as per TRAI MySpeed data.

Reliance Jio continued to offer the fastest download speed in June 2022 among the telecom service providers as per TRAI MySpeed data for June 2022.

In download speeds during June 2022, Jio clocked 22.1 Mbps, Vi India clocked 16.4 Mbps, Airtel clocked 14.4 Mbps, and BSNL clocked 5.5 Mbps. In the preceding month, Jio had clocked 22.8 Mbps, Vi India had clocked 17.3 Mbps, Airtel had clocked 13.9 Mbps, and BSNL had clocked 5.6 Mbps.

In upload speeds during June 2022, Vi India clocked 7.8 Mbps, Jio clocked 7.2 Mbps, Airtel clocked 5.8 Mbps, and BSNL clocked 4.3 Mbps. In the preceding month, Vi India had clocked 7.9 Mbps, Jio had clocked 7.4 Mbps, Airtel had clocked 5.9 Mbps, and BSNL had clocked 5.0 Mbps.

TRAI MySpeed results represent the average of the data speed samples collected from various consumers of the TSPs during speed tests initiated by them in the last six months and background tests initiated by the TRAI MySpeed app over the last month.

I don't think the app is created by TRAI. Just look the info of app in play store. They are using email id "gmail.com" instead of "@gov.in
