Itel A05s 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant launched in India

Itel launched the budget A05s smartphone in India in October 2023. Now, the company has launched the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the smartphone. The phone features a 6.6-inch HD+ display, an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chipset, and a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. Further, the Itel A05s 4GB RAM variant comes with an 8-megapixel primary camera, whereas the 2GB RAM version has a 5-megapixel sensor. Itel A05s runs on the Android 13 Go Edition out of the box.

Itel A05s features a 6.6-inch HD+ (1612 x 720 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, and 120Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the phone has an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chipset paired with IMG8322 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of onboard storage. The phone also supports a microSD card of up to 1TB via a dedicated slot for expandable storage.

For optics, the Itel A05s sports a single rear camera setup of an 8-megapixel primary sensor with an LED flash. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture lens. The phone is equipped with a non-removal 4000mAh battery.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G VoLTE, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. Sensors include an accelerometer and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader.
