I am using mostly Amazon pay, second paytm, i have also phone pe, freecharge etc but now I am using cred app for recharge and get cashback

Since I created the poll. I had to sign up for PhonePe and Google Pay as most people didn't understand that we can send and receive money using QR from any app. I am a new user.

I Use the apps in below preferential order

1) Amazon Pay
2) Gpay - I dont like it, I avoid, but Gpay likes me
3) Phonepe - Mostly for self transfers and bank transfers
4) PayTM - only when charges are involved with bill payments on other apps,. (For ex, electricity bill charges are free on PayTM if paid using payments bank account)

2. Paytm (for Payment at Local Shops)
3. Amazon Pay (for Bill Payments & Recharge)

I always Scan Paytm QR at Local Shops as Paytm has that Sound Box at every Shop in my area which gives confirmation after successful transaction in Hindi ( Paytm par xyz Rupey Prapt Hue)

I am not worried about cashback I felt from day one it's simple user friendly

PhonePe and Paytm are my priority in that order. These 2 apps have a very high transaction success rate. The transaction speed is also high compared to other apps. Also, they display a warning when the bank's UPI payments have an issue and don't allow the transaction at the time rather than letting the transaction go through and push it to pending/failed status, in which case refund takes a long time. I prefer the peace of mind coming from a successful transaction rather than having to deal with these apps to get my money back for the negligible cashback amounts they give!!
