If that is the case, then it is better to stick with Airtel DTH.

In December I upgraded to airtel black 699 plan airfiber+dth how can I go for IPTV now?

You have to surrender existing and take a new one in black plan 699, they will provide within 2 days.

Bro just now I spoke to airtel customer support. They said IPTV will be provide only for new customers not for existing customers.

Thats why you need to surrender existing connection and apply new connection in black plans.

Actually SD channels picture depth in Airtel is missing in IPTV box also like DTH,no use I find except ODU unit you need not maintain here

DTH HD channels have 25fps, Star 4k channel have 50 fps, but missing in iptv as of now.
