The model u selected is good I myself had shortlisted it while i was buying tv last year, but it's actually 2015 series model and now samsung has launched the new K series 2016 like the 80cm (32) HD Flat TV K4000 Series 4 | SAMSUNG India

as these are new launch the prices are not shown as of now

And the most important do visit a samsung showroom and compare the quality and features between the J and the K series to get a better idea.

Bro its the same as k4000 series, except the screen size i.e 40"-43" and its full hd, also k5100 tvs have higher pqi at 200 whereas k4000 has 100
So definitely the picture quality and upscaling will be much better.

2. Check if you can connect your own smartphone with showroom TV. 
3. Check if you can connect your own 3G dongle with showroom TV. 
4. Ask for extended warranty details. Samsung offers 1 year standard warranty & additional 1 year warranty on panel.

As it's the newest model it's not available on all retail stores yet they are telling me stock would be available in next few days, it's currently available in only 1 samsung store I would check in other stores in next few days.
