Bro I truly understand with what you are going through....I myself was so confused before finalising my tv last October.
full hd in 32" will give you no difference whatsoever in comparison to hd, full hd should only be bought from 40" and above. Its not worth spending more on a thing which will not be making any improvement.

Regarding brands its all up to you, see the tvs urself which fits in your budget, visit their showrooms and audition them, bargain, see offers they are providing and then see with which you had a better costumer experience. For me samsung seems to be a little less aggressive in the indian market as they launched the new models i guess in june or july and still those models are not yet fully available in August end too and day by day they are updating those new products on their site and it seems they are only getting ready for the festival season, whereas with sony and lg they launched products in june and all their new lineup is fully available in stock from the day of launch. I know with what all i have written it seems i am more towards lg but it is what i have experienced. I only have one samsung product in my house and its the microwave and its served us very well but we have more lg products like washing machine and refrigerator and their service towards any fault or parts availablity as of now has been nice!
At the end of the day let me know each company's model that you have finalised after checking them in showrooms and will help you to choose the best

So its all up to you and for any more queries or confusion ill be ready to help you.
