13000 and 1 yr warranty

Every HD LED TV will give you a warranty of 1 year. if you are planning to buy Sony or Samsung TV, then you have to spend atleast in the range of 18-20K for a 32 inches full HD LED TV.

I would suggest you to go for lg 32 or 43" led tv in your budget. For 32" you can go for hd ready as in that size full hd doesn't matter, also you can get 32" below 30000, but for smart tv it can go upto 35k. Lg is the best when it comes to smart tv with their web os. Also lg after 32" has 43" whereas sony and samsung have 40" in the same price range.
See, lg uses IPS panel in its tv, thus it will have excellent viewing angles, there will be no loss of colours etc when viewed from any angle, but the disadvantage is that the contrast is poor in ips panel and blacks will look more dark grey in it. Whereas sony and samsung use VA panel which will have deepest black and thus contrast will be great and black will look black but the disadvantage is that the viewing angles are poor and colours tend to fade or change when not viewed straight on.
And sony will provide you the best sound system as its 32" tv has more powerful speakers and an inbuilt subwoofer!

For me if the criteria is sole picture quality then it would be:-
1. Sony
2. Samsung
3. Lg

And for overall ( features, aftersale etc)
1. Lg
2. Sony
3. Samsung
But where lg exceeds is that its comparatively cheaper and the features it provide in the same price range, the most imp is its after sale service and reliability. I earlier had sony but it generated problem in the panel and then in the main board, so bought lg this time.
Haven't used samsung but have heard from many samsung users that their after sales service is bad and furthermore samsung doesn't even use its own made panel in its mid range tvs, for more info you can google 'samsung panel lottery'.

I currently have LG 32LF561D - LED TV with Gold Finish | LG Electronics In and i am happy with it.

If you will be using usb a lot for movies etc then its lg and samsung, as both can play most of the formats, sony looses here as it supports fewer formats tham lg and samsung.

* Before buying anything I research a lot and hence im able to share what i gained,I would be happy to help anyone, so for more queries do let me know.
