I belive Hotstar will improve quality and provide 4k once Jio is active with their streaming services for Fifa WC 2022.....

Till then they want to encash their cash Cow!! And yes they are way Ahead with content in India as compared to competitors. In addition they have started making content in 4k and Dolby Atmos, it's just sports they are making us wait...
