Final review after using the BSNL network for 90+ days.

1. BSNL is still ~5-7 years behind the competitors.
2. BSNL offices are looking like a ghost houses without proper maintainance and old generation employees.
3. Service requests gets closed automatically, without even bothering to call the customer.
4. Customer care just provide solutions to insert SIM in primary slots, restart phone etc.
5. Speed is comparatively slower than any other 4g network with highest ping time.
6. Network is not optimized and keeps switching the barriers 2g/3g/4g
7. There is no carrier aggregation to serve 4g with multiple frequency bands.
8. VoLTE not activated by default and calling issues atleast 90% of the time if traveling
9. Google maps goes out of network
10. No ESIM support yet
11. Sometimes Call connects to wrong people.
12. OTP never comes ontime
13. Can't rely on network for making payments and need to keep cash for emergency always.
14. Network coverage is not so great and in most of the roads, atleast10dbm lesser signal than its competitors.

Just port out request sent to VI network. Will review once VI is fully active.
I faced one more problem upi service is very bad only google pay and amazon pay are working on bsnl network and other upi is showing something wrong. I was also port out from bsnl after 90 days

One last worst experience of BSNL..
My port out was supposed to be done by today at 10:11pm and still the network is not gone and unable to use new SIM. 🥲
Don't know if BSNL is on some different time zone.

Not just BSNL each company switch network in early morning today when you wakes up there would be no network until unless you replace sim with new network.

No. Port out process always complete on same given date and exact time. I experienced it two times. My new SIM got activated at same time which I got in SMS.
