I had registered a complaint in pgportal as well. But they closed the ticket without complete fulfilment.

Because of this poor network, phone is getting heated more and draining battery. Moreover it increases the radiation level in search of signal..
SNR is too low.

Yes. Optimization is issue. Haryana and Western Bengal sites are easily crossing 25Mbps on 10Mhz of 700Mhz.
Will they be able to provide good signal with optimization in future without installing new tower or they still need to add new tower?

In Karnataka 3g signals are still active on 2100Mhz. Not sure when they will discontinue 3g and allocate the bandwidth to 4g and optimize it..

They don't need new tower for that. They are just rushing these sites for 1L target. They have done proper optimization in North and East. I don't know why South India suffers a lot. Even Kerala has not good optimization. Let's wait for two three months more.

They will shut down 3G on 2100Nhz after completion of 1L sites on 700Mhz. After that, you will get 10Nhz of 700Mhz+10Mhz of 2100Mhz. As far as I know, BSNL 700Mhz is 28B, they are working with vendors as well to activate it for BSNL LTE on this band. Lava Agni 3 and One more budget brand got this update recently few days back.
