It will get activated tonight..

It terms of my indoor network signal coverage, i don't have much expectation as Jio and Airtel network signals struggle to get inside my house walls. Just one hope, 700 MHz signal may get inside my home 🏡 compared to 850 MHz, 900MHz, 1800Mhz from Jio and Airtel 4g

I needed Just to reduce my monthly expenses and for voice calls or QR scanning (only if NFC card not accepted, which doesn't require internet)

Sorry to disappoint you. But Band 28 Coverage of BSNL is not as great as we are expecting. It is worse than Airtel's Band 1 coverage in my place.

First experience:
Jio network gone at 12.40AM
Bsnl network still not registering even after 40 mins (tried restarting / inserting to diff network etc)

Today morning I sat in the good coverage area of my home and manually registered.

In terms of signals, worst than Jio and Airtel.

When it's on 4g getting 18 to 20 Mbps speed better network compared to its 3g and 2g

When it's on 3g getting 1 to 2 Mbps speed with lesser coverage than 4g

Surprisingly 2g signals are out of range and unable to make any calls 😭

Open a PG portal complaint to activate VoLTE as customer care is dumb as a rock. At least then you would be able to make calls over LTE. Not sure why they haven't activated VoLTE by default like other operators.
