Seeking Help Issue with new Sony w772e led tv

Whenever I switch on my ps4 the picture mode automatically gets set to game mode n in some games HDR mode. I don't like those artificial colors but can't set pic mode to custom or standard. Is this coz of my scene select which is set as Auto? How to set it to custom @Siva bro? U also have this model so u might be knowing.

Since a few days i m noticing that on my sony w772e tv there is a trident like thing in the middle of the tv as a watermark like stuff. Whenever the camera pans for instance whenever a batsman plays a shot n d ball goes to the boundary or during football matches when goalkeeper kicks the ball n camera pans the trident like mark is visible in a way attention goes. It's not visible that much when d camera is still. Is it normal or is it my psychology or there's something wrong with my tv? @Siva bro Can u plz confirm? Can anyone who have this tv confirm?

Your tv might have dirty screen effect as i had the same issue with my samsung tv. Many led's come with this issue but mostly people dont notice it but let me tell you once you notice it's very annoying and you cant unsee it. Mostly its because of faulty panel or bad assembling of tv, i couldn't live with this issue so took it back to store and luckily for me they replaced mine with other model and thank God it came out perfect. I'm sure your tv is under warranty so talk to Sony and try to get it replaced.

Yes it's under warranty. It's just 3 months old tv. Can u plz elaborate on the issue u had. The trident like thing is so annoying i can't concentrate on the match. My attention is always on that which is pissing me off right now. Whenever the camera pans it appears like a watermark in d background.
