Hi frnds i need help about various apps on google play store to stop blue light from Android ..is these apps works ? Because sometimes my eyes feel very strained due to heavy use of android ..so is these apps usesfull ? Or is it safe to use these apps

Yup thanx bro and yes i also check they works strongly recommended everyone to protect your eyes ...till last night i cant use mobile continusolly for more than 1 hour i feel pain in eyes and headache etc ..but today i install blue light filter and m continusolly using phone from 4 hours no pain in eys m very happy
