Actually by doing this we are habituated to spending more than the actual required.its psychological trap.

Agreed but many shops doesn't allows more than 2k transaction on Rupay CC UPI

Unable to see the option on both mobile app and internet banking. Is it specific to some users?

Don't think it's specific to some users since many banks are giving this option. This seems to be govt/RBI directives to increase Rupay CC adoption.

Login to mobile net banking app, click on forex/card, there below your credit card, you should see option for rupay credit card
