I ordered 2 movies

But after 5 days no tracking information provided.

Is this authentic site or Fake plz confirm

They say that delivery is done in 2-3 days and if Delivery is not done even after 10 days then Refund will be initiated for that order.

You can cancel the order before it gets shipped. Check the status of your order and try to cancel it. If it is not shipped you cancel that order from their website or by sending Email to [email protected]

They don't have their own Courier they deliver orders by using 3rd Party companies like Bluedart.

There is 30 days replacement warranty for defective products But if you want to return delivered product they you have pay shipping charges.

Mail them they should cancel it as per T&C mentioned. If you haven't paid for that order them you can simply refuse to accept it.

After no Response then Today again Mailed

I paid through Paytm wallet
