SO far speed is close to promised speed but not more.

No, it's prepaid only. They have recently launched no security deposit or installation charges offer for pre-paid also if you are opting for 3 month advance rental.

Yes, trial offer is not there but 1 month referal benefit is there as I referred myself using my other Jio fiber account.

Yes, they have offered free STB for existing customers but you need to migrate to postpaid and have all OTT for 706 Rs with 30 Mbps speed.

i mean is complete undergrounds till junction box?

how much in outdoor wire hanging?
