Actually they are doing it in two trenches, 1) FDD swap which is almost completed ( they had to else NSA 5G launch would not be possible with existing huawei equipments) 2) TDD swap which is in progress at snail speed

Airtel made some announcement right? Both of them isn't focussing much on 5G now. Will focus on 4G improvement. With that improvement in 5G and speeds like 2-5Gbps on mobile as well as wifi now impossible.
