Seeking Help Airtel fraud paid money no installation done

I contacted airtel cc they said they'll give connection today afternoon but no one came all I got a sorry message from airtel that my connection delayed for another 72 hours now I just want my money back

Finally got my connection today after following with airtel cc. As a precaution I downgraded my existing bsnl ftth instead of disconnecting to keep it as backup connection. Let's see what will happen in the future. Thanks @Bapun Raz ,@Prithi Deb ,@Kiran Reddy ,@Kiran Visal for the support

I am too facing the similar issue. I paid the advance plus 3 months internet bill for Airtel Air Fiber. Money got deducted on my end. But failed on their app. Have not received the amount back yet not the connection.
