Seeking Help Are there any non Smart LED TVs?

I’m looking for a 43 inch non smart LED TV. Are there any such TVs available in the market anymore?

Reason is I’ve seen slow startup times on Android tvs and I also have Airtel xstream stb and Fire tv stick as well, so don’t need another smart TV.

Plus with the cheap smart TVs, I’m worried whether there will be a MIUI like ad situation on these TVs or not

Seeking Help Something fishy about Sony service centre

So I got a blank screen whenever my Sony Bravia 55' TV was turned on, so I contacted a authorised Sony service centre, they sent a technician to take a look. He did something in the circuit, I didn't pay attention, and the screen was working, he asked me to take a picture in his mobile. Then he did something and only half the panel was working, then he again did something and it was back to not working and showed a blank screen. After the examination, he informed that the panel is damaged and needs replacement. Then how did it work when he asked me to take a picture if the panel is damaged?

Seeking Help How to block adult content on Jiofiber

I am a student, my age is 19 as of writing this and I started searching up on the internet about parents DNS blocking when I was 17 ( from 2022) .I need to change the DNS of my jio fibre router to somewhat safer DNS...that doesn't allow any kind of 18+ material/websites. I want to change the DNS to OPEN DNS or ADGUARD FAMILY PROTECTION DNS .Please help me! I am hopeless currently due to this addiction.

Seeking Help How is the Jio set top box quality vs DTH?

Hi guys

So I mostly watch football i.e. english premier league. Currently I am using some iptv.
But now i want to get Jio set top box. Can anybody tell me how’s the picture quality of Jio? I know airtel/tataplay dth picture quality is amazing. Can i expect something similar to that. Or is it just like hotstar because they be getting feed from hotstar. I dont like hotstar because their motion sucks for football. Pls advice.

How to configure IPv6 on TP Link Deco for Jio Fiber/AirFiber

@vishalrao bro, I need some help from you. As you have TP Link Deco XE75, can you please check whether you are able to connect the Deco with the Jio AirFiber through LAN and when connected, does the Deco provides both IPv4 and IPv6 on the Deco? For me IPv6 only coming on the JioFiber (in your case AirFiber) ONT. Even after multiple tries I couldn't get the IPv6 protocol on Deco enabled, despite Jio providing it.

I need your suggestions in buying TV, as my old samsung smart TV 32" display went off recently I am no more interested to give for a repair instead planning to go for 43" TV which has Good PQ & AQ with a budget of <30000k.

Please do suggest a good TV my preferable brand is Samsung again.

Seeking Help Plan Upgrade in Jio Fiber

Hi Friends,
Currently I'm on 699 plan, like to move to 899 plan.
Main reason is my D+H Premium, Zee5, Sony Liv subscriptions were expired recently.
My queries are:
* Is D+H premium or something else?
* Is STB mandatory (seems like) for this plan (I've Tata Play Binge+)?
* If yes, can I stream on other devices like Binge+, laptop/PC and mobile? Also what's the minimum additional charges for STB if I play only these apps?
* I've approx 3000 balance in my account, but why it's asking me to pay 1 month charges? Is there any way, I can change the plan without paying it?

Seeking Help Soundbar keeps turning on

Hi all. I'm Arvi. My Zebronics JukeBar 3650 keeps turning on automatically after the TV has been turned off.

I have checked all HDMI-CEC handshake tutorials out there, and none of them deal with my issue. Nevertheless, I tried them all to no avail.

My TV is a Panasonic TH-43MX710, if that helps. I also use a Jio HD set-top-box. I had tested with both CEC enabled and disabled on the Jio STB.

I have fixed this issue twice in the past, one being a fluke, and the other by just waiting it out. But this time, the soundbar is relentless and keeps on turning on and off hours after the TV has been turned off.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Seeking Help Looking for 5.1 Sound System with Dolby support

Hi everyone! Thanks to the Jio Android SetTopBox that came with our new Jio AirFiber connection, my parents have started watching less Live TV and more OTT content and also music streaming. Our current 2.1 sound system is on the end of its life. It has served us for almost 10 years.

Now I am looking for a 5.1 Sound System with Dolby support. Budget is around ₹10,000 (flexible to some extent). It will be connected to TV. I am open to any brand, as long as it meets my requirements.

I had wishlisted many available options from various brands previously, but most of them are now out of stock or discontinued. Only this one is available. Kindly, give your suggestions.

Also, ONE MORE THING!!!: Our TV doesn't support Dolby and neither it has HDMI ARC (only regular HDMI). We'll probably buy a new TV is the next year or two. So, till then is there any way to get Dolby audio from the Jio STB and FireTV Stick to Speakers? I have seen many AV splitter available on Amazon. But I am not sure if they support Dolby pass-through. Please do tell if you know any way to do the same.

Seeking Help Suggest me a 55 inch 4k tv (Jan 2024)

Dear friends,

I am looking forward to purchasing a 55 inch 4k tv for my parents. The living room is 16x21 in dimension. Since our show case where we are planning to mount the TV could accommodate only till 55 inches, we dropped the idea of getting a 65 inch tv.

I visited reliance digital on last Wednesday and I was shown three models:

1. Sony Bravia x75L
2. Samsung CU8000
3. LG Nano83

All the three models are priced around 60k inclusive of price offers on the selling price.

My sister and I liked Sony Bravia x75L. The sales representative also favoured purchasing Sony Bravia— he was the first one to suggest us to go with Sony. However, I'd like to get the comments and suggestions from the forum regarding these three models.

Should I also go for an extended warranty offered at the showroom or I'm fine with the manufacturer warranty that comes with the device ?
