Not able to find in Voltas website and in Amazon. Is anywhere I can get it in Chennai?

You need to contact the Voltas authorized service center in your city as only they will be able to order spares and accessories from the company and provide you.

If you don't know where they are located or their contact details, just lodge a complaint through the customer care and they will call you back.

Amazon and Voltas website won't be selling it as you already found out.
