My Jio Fiber's WiFi range is very poor

My Jio Fiber's WiFi range is very poor. I tried complaining but the solution from Jio is to either move the placement of the router or buy their extender. Earlier I had Airtel and BSNL and never had any WiFi range issues. I switched to Jio during their initial days and already replaced the router once in the first few months because of poor range and signal. It was so bad that their STB was not working. Range improved slightly after replacement but nothing close to the range of Airtel's router. It has been like 3 or 4 years after the replacement now and the range is worse now. During the initial days, the service was better. They would send technicians the same day in most cases. They are not even sending their technicians to look into the issue now. They close the complaints without a visit. Same response from their appellate authority too. Their options are either to change the placement or buy an extender.

Which is the best option?

1. I don't want to buy their extender but thinking of TP-LINK AX10.
2. Change to Airtel Fiber. I am already using their DTH and paying 300+rs every month. Airtel Black might be valuable. But I never had significant downtime with Jio and hence I am hesitant to switch.
3. Does Jio replace routers for customers with issues like these because it looks like their routers have a poor range in general?

Seeking Help Just do KYC of JIOAirFiber and cancel the installation

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my recent experiences with JioAirFiber. Despite completing the KYC process twice and paying for three months of service, my installation has been cancelled twice without any clear reason, and my money has been refunded. This situation is incredibly disappointing and feels like a waste of my time. I’m left wondering if the company is using our payments for other investments rather than providing the promised service. I even took leave from work to facilitate the installation, yet it seems JioAirFiber is simply playing games with my time. Additionally, the KYC representative who visited my home is unresponsive to my calls, which adds to my dissatisfaction. It appears that your team may be prioritizing targets over genuine customer service. Furthermore, I was charged Rs. 50 during my initial registration, which has not been refunded. I have attached both invoices for your review. I still want to proceed with JioAirFiber, but only if there is genuine intent from your side to fulfil my request.

Seeking Help PhonePe not working after changing SIM

so I switched my SIM from BSNL 3G to 5G, and now Phonepe is acting up. It keeps asking for verification, but when I try to verify, it gives me this annoying error message saying, "Unable to proceed, we could not process your request for security reasons. Please try after 24 hours."

Bruh, it's been more than 36 hours now! Has anyone else had this issue before? If you have any suggestions on how to fix it, hit me up!

Help needed regarding wrong c-kyc for my PNB account

Hello, i went to open a new bank account for myself in a govt under branch of bank which is currently owned under PNB bank, I did documentation properly with branch itself. They said your bank account will be open next day.

During evening, i got a text messg on my bank number, dear "different someone else name" your c-kyc is done with 14-digital number by pnb. This is not my name and c-kyc done.

I already have c-kyc done by different bank with my name with different 14-digital number..

What do to go next? Help any suggestions! Should i visit bank branch for this inform them?, Ask them to replace wrong c-kyc with my pre-exciting c-kyc with the new bank.?

Seeking Help Not able to send “ *123 1# “query type sms using airtel network/ sim-card.

I have been not able to send “ *123 1# “ query type sms on airtel network/airtel simcard. I have been getting error that message is not sent. I have been experiencing this from last 3-4 days. I am able to send this using other network providers other than airtel. Has airtel stopped support for this particular query type or how it is?

Seeking Help How to Change RMN in HP LPG Connection

So I have a LPG Connection at home but the Registered Mobile Number for the same is my Dad's as when agent came for installation I was in office and there was some problem in OTP coming to me.

The agent asked for a person's number who was at home for OTP while it was being installed and dad gave his. Now I would like to change the RMN to my number as already a LPG BPCL is linked in his Mobile Number and I dont want issues to happen with another one being linked to his number.

So how can I change the number of this connection? The agent who came for installing said after 3 months its possible and thats over now

Enquiry on Airtel Black

So i need a little information regarding a query which i have. So the query is, that i have an Airtel Black plan, which includes two connections, a postpaid plan for my personal mobile phone number, and a broadband connection. And today was the due date for paying off my Airtel Black plan's bill. But due to some circumstances i won't be able to pay off the bill currently. So i just want to know that will they(The company) soon shut down their full service(Airtel Black) for me until i pay off the bill??? Or will they partially shut down their services??? Like only shutting down the broadband service and keep running the postpaid service. If anybody ever had experienced this kind of then kindly let me know. Your help will be appreciated.
